Martyred son of Mian Iftikhar laid to rest

NOWSHERA, (SANA): The funeral prayers of the martyred son of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain were offered here on Sunday, who was later laid to rest at native graveyard in Nowshera.
Unknown armed men shot dead Mian Rashid Hussain, 25, on Saturday in Nowshera. Local police have registered the case against unknown culprits.

Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, leaders of Awami National Party, People’s Party, Jamat Islami, Tehrik-e-Insaf and other political leaders attended the funeral prayers amid stringent security.

Mian Rashid died in the attack on the spot while a nephew of Mian Iftikhar suffered serious bullet wounds and was admitted at Peshawar’s Lady Reading Hospital.
