National women cricket championship to begin from 13th

ISLAMABAD (SANA): Fifth National Women Cricket Championship would begin from March 13 and would last till March 18, sources said.

The event would be played in two rounds while the first round would be played in three zones in which Lahore, Multan and Faisalabad would participate.

The final round of the championship would be played in Multan.

An exhibitory match would also be played on March 23 during the championship according to the directive of Pakistan Cricket5 Board Chairman Ijaz Butt.

The total number of teams participating in the championship is 14.
